Senior Lecturer, Department of Biomedical Cybernetics

Education: In 2002, he graduated from the Biological Faculty of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and received a diploma in the specialty – “Biophysics”.

General information: From 2002 to 2007, he worked as a software engineer at the Information and Computing Center of the Biological Faculty of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Since 2007, he held the position of Chief Engineer at the Department of Medical Cybernetics and Telemedicine of the Inter-University Medical-Engineering Faculty (now the Department of Biomedical Cybernetics of Biomedical Engineering Faculty). From 2009 to 2011, he was an Assistant at the Department of Medical Cybernetics and Telemedicine. Since 2011, he has been a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Biomedical Cybernetics NTUU “KPI”.

He has 15 publications and is a co-author of methodological recommendations for the disciplines “Morphometric Analysis” and “Bioinformatics”.

Research Interests:

  • Biophysics (biomechanics, biophysics of ion channels, biophysics of protein motors and sensory systems, modeling of synaptic excitation transmission)
  • Bioinformatics
